1. Q: How do I place an order?
A:(1) New orders of embrodery patch or lable can be placed through e-mail, postal mail, couriers, or fax with clear information of quantity, size, colors, and other specs, such as material, backing, accessories attachments, and border finish, and artwork or existing samples.
(2) Repeat orders of embrodery patch or lable may be placed via fax, or e-mail. We keep a physical sample and a digitizing file of each order you placed with us, and a complete up-to-date order history for each customer in our computer system. We can easily locate the file of your previous orders as long as you provide us your previous PO number or Peiyork’s previous Sales Order number, which shows on the previous invoices or sales order confirmation.
2. Q: How do I know my orders have been processed?
A: We will fax you a Sales Order of embrodery patch or lable confirmation or e-mail you a Performa Invoice after the order is entered into our computer. For rush orders, we will contact you as soon as we receive your orders to go through the details and confirm the price and ship date.

A: We don't have the minimum order limited in principle of embrodery patch or lable, but if the quantity less than 1000pcs/style, the price will be much higher.

A: There are three different Backing materials for you to choose. They are Plastic Backing, this backing material is waterproof; Heat Seal Backing, it requires a temperature of 150℃-180℃ when heat-sealed the patches on clothes; Velcro Backing.

A: The fabric we used often for embroidered emblems has twill, felt, durasuede, taffeta and chenille.
8、Q: Can you duplicate samples if we provide samples to you?
A: Yes, we can make very replication for you with your sketches or samples. But we would charge you a USD30.00-50.00 fee punching fee according to the sizes and stitches. It will be refunded after placing order.
9. Q: What formats of graphic files can you open?
A: We are able to open all common formats of graphic files, such as cdr, freehand, ai, eps, pdf, jpeg, gif, bmp, tiff, and more. And, we can expand compressed files such as zip and sit.
10. Q: Can you work from my digitized file?
A: Yes, we can if you can send it in dst format. However, we might need to make adjustments to better fit our machine setup and the material we use.
11、Q: How soon will my emblems be delivered?
A: For normal orders: Within 15-20 days after samples confirmation and receipt deposit. Different cases or different products require different production time. Feel free to send the design for us to estimate. Rush service might be available under certain circumstances.
12、Q: How do you digitize an embroidery?
A: We are a professional manufacturer with well-trained punching designers who digitize the embroideries for you. As soon as we finish a design, we will scan the image into the computer and email you for placing orders.
13、Q: Do you digitize the self-ordained layout from the clients and by what format?
A: Of course , we are glad to receive your self-ordained layout and digitize it as similar as your blueprint .But the layout format from you should be JPG or BMP. We could design different size ,different colors ,different technics according to your demand.
14、Q: Do you charge the digitizing layout of embroidery?
A: The work of digitizing will cost our designers much time and energe.So you should pay the fee .But If you place the order ,we will refund the fee to you.
15、Q: How about the package?
A: We usually pack goods with 25 pcs/bundle;200-300 pcs/plastic bag, or as the client's requested.
16、Q: Can you supply embroidered product catalogs and samples?
A: Yes, we offer catalogs certainly, but we usually offer charged samples.
17、Q: Do you have any stocks available?
A: Rarely. You know we make emblems according to the order, basically we don't have stocks in our factory
18、Q: How to pay for the ordered goods?
A: We take T/T and Paypal (Low in USD300.00 amount of money). Generally we ask for 100%payment for the first order; 50% deposit before preceding the orders, the remaining would be transferred to our account once the order is finished, we will dispatch the goods after the receipt of the payment for the long-term clients.
